Naynesh Mistry

Naynesh is a Client Partner for Talentmark’s Client Partner and Business Development team.

He manages mid- to senior-level appointments across the UK, Europe, and the US, successfully supporting contingent, exclusive, and retained searches with a consistent focus on quality and impact. Specialising in both contract and permanent recruitment in the pre-clinical and clinical industries, he helps clients identify the right solution for every project, whether this be through contingent, exclusive, and retained search mandates. The team have a strong focus on business development and client relationships, ensuring a strategic and personalised service.

He supports roles within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, Genomics, FMCG, and other Scientific and Engineering sectors. His expertise covers Computational Biology & Bioinformatics, Translational Sciences, Project Management, Quality & Regulatory, R&D, Cell & Gene Therapy, Bioprocessing & Manufacturing (MSAT), Operations/Production, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Laboratory and Non-Laboratory based roles – from Senior/Principal Scientists up to Leadership Board/C-suite levels.

Naynesh began his career as a Senior Scientist, with over eight years of experience in Formulation and R&D before transitioning into scientific recruitment in 2011. Naynesh has a proven track record delivering senior-level hires across pre-clinical and clinical functions, having previously managed our Life Science team, specialising in permanent recruitment for all of the UK, covering the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device and other related industries.
