Alex Willson

Alex is a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Talentmark’s Science team.

He specialises in sourcing and placing niche scientific, medical, and technical professionals, with experience hiring across the UK, Europe, and the US, partnering with both emerging biotech firms and global pharmaceutical leaders – covering both contract and permanent recruitment across a broad range of life sciences and chemical disciplines. Anna is a Client Partner for Talentmark’s Client Partner and Business Development team.

She manages mid- to senior-level appointments across the UK, Europe, and the US, successfully supporting contingent, exclusive, and retained searches with a consistent focus on quality and impact. Mary brings over 12 years’ of specialist experience in the Life Sciences sector. She has a Biological Sciences degree in Physiology and Pharmacology, which involved a laboratory-based dissertation project including electron microscopy.
