Jim is a Client Partner for Talentmark’s Client Partner and Business Development team.
He manages mid- to senior-level appointments across the UK, Europe, and the US, successfully supporting contingent, exclusive, and retained searches with a consistent focus on quality and impact. Specialising in both contract and permanent recruitment in the pre-clinical and clinical industries, he helps clients identify the right solution for every project, whether this be through contingent, exclusive, and retained search mandates. The team have a strong focus on business development and client relationships, ensuring a strategic and personalised service.
He supports roles within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, and other related sectors, from Director to C-suite level, including medical positions. His expertise covers Translational Medicine, Clinical Development, Clinical QA, Clinical Operations, R&D, Clinical Procurement, and Clinical Supplies roles. He specialises in recruiting physicians and other professionals in clinical development, clinical operations, and clinical quality assurance on a global basis.
Jim has been recruiting in the pharmaceutical industry since 1998 and has been with Talentmark for over 16 years. With a background in applied biology, and extensive experience across pharmaceutical and medical device development, he combines scientific expertise with extensive industry experience. He works with biotechs, pharmaceutical companies, and CROs, delivering tailored, strategic recruitment solutions. Over this time, he has built a strong global network of senior drug development professionals across multiple disciplines and geographies.
