Alex is a Senior Recruitment Consultant for Talentmark’s Science team.

He specialises in sourcing and placing niche scientific, medical, and technical professionals, with experience hiring across the UK, Europe, and the US, partnering with both emerging biotech firms and global pharmaceutical leaders – covering both contract and permanent recruitment across a broad range of life sciences and chemical disciplines. He supports roles at all levels, from entry-level to senior leadership, within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Medical Devices, Biotech, Computational Biology, and FMCG sectors. His expertise covers Micro/Molecular Biology, Cell & Gene Therapy, Antibody Discovery, Laboratory and Process roles, Quality/QA GLP, Materials, Fine Chemicals, Cosmetics, Paints & Coatings, and Environmental/Waste related positions.

Alex is a scientist-trained recruitment specialist supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences organisations. With an MSc in Medical Parasitology and a background in medical biosciences, he combines strong scientific literacy with the ability to engage confidently with candidates and hiring leaders across complex R&D and technical functions.
