Trade & Promotions Executive

Talentmark are recruiting for a Trade & Promotions Executive to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for until 31st December 2026 .

Salary:

Paying £14.85 per hour PAYE

Trade & Promotions Executive Role:

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities aligned to collections strategies and priorities
• Drive cash collection in line with agreed payment terms, including proactive chasing of overdue invoices
• Process and manage customer deductions and claims, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Reconcile credits against deductions and maintain accurate account balances
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, to manage account ledgers and debt positions
• Ensure all financial processes are followed to support efficient deduction handling and recovery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain cash flow targets

• Experience within accounts receivable or a finance-related role
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to understand the broader commercial and business context
