Talentmark are recruiting for a Tissue Sales Specialist to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. There is potential for extension. This role is field based. You will cover the West Midlands and Wales. You can live in the Wales, Stoke or Coventry area. Salary: £250 - £300 per day PAYE or £331.10 - £397.31 per day umbrella, depending upon experience.
Tissue Sales Specialist Role:
- Lead the sales plan for the product range in your area.
- Work closely with account managers, product specialists and lab teams.
- Manage large NHS buying projects across pathology.
- Work with senior decision makers.
- Spot changes in the NHS, such as payment, buying and tendering.
- Find new ways to keep current sites and win new ones.
- You have a life science degree or a similar background. A biomedical scientist background is also fine.
- You have field sales experience or lab knowledge.
- Tissue Diagnostics experience is preferred.
- You know cellular pathology, especially IHC. You know cancer pathways.
- You build strong customer relationships. You understand what customers need.
- You are resilient, flexible and self-motivated. You can work alone and share knowledge with the team.
