Recruitment Consultant
Talentmark are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, to join our successful STEM focused organisation, at our Head Office in Chesterfield office. This role would be suited to someone with a background of 1 – 2 years in a recruitment role. Whilst some understanding of the scientific or engineering industry would helpful, we are much more focused on finding the right person - we can coach the rest. We are looking to meet with proactive candidates, with a positive mentality, who are passionate about supporting the team and delivering excellent service every day.

Responsibilities: You will be working with established engineering, chemical and materials manufacturers, with your main responsibilities being:
- Promotion of Talentmark services during dedicated business development time.
- Development of long-standing key client relationships.
- Management of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing.
- Providing well-briefed and well-matched shortlists to our clients
Salary:
Up to £27,500 per annum plus commission Uncapped)
We offer a competitive base salary based on relevant experience.
In addition, we provide an excellent uncapped commission structure where success in both recognised and rewarded.
