  • Build trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals across obesity, weight management and the wider cardiometabolic landscape.
  • Shape medical strategy through external insights, scientific exchange and landscape mapping.
  • Take ownership of medical materials, scientific communications and activities supporting future launch readiness.
  • Work cross-functionally to translate clinical evidence into actionable medical priorities.
  • Help develop the team's capabilities through collaboration, knowledge-sharing and mentoring.
About You’ll bring:

  • Proven pharmaceutical Medical Affairs experience, ideally spanning both field-based and internal strategic responsibilities.
  • Experience in obesity, weight management or an adjacent therapeutic area, such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease or metabolic health.
  • Strong scientific credibility and the ability to translate complex evidence into meaningful insights.
  • The confidence to work autonomously, take ownership and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A relevant life sciences, pharmacy or medical qualification, alongside a sound understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice.
Pre-launch experience and a track record of working across broad Medical Affairs responsibilities would be advantageous.
