Medical Affairs Manager
Talentmark are seeking experienced Medical Affairs professionals for a highly collaborative, hybrid field and office-based role. Location:
London and South East (hybrid, approximately 50% field-based)
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and contribute to medical affairs strategy and tactical planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external experts and key stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality, compliant medical education to healthcare professionals.
- Gather, analyse, and translate field insights into actionable plans.
- Lead cross-functional medical projects aligned to business and patient needs.
- Support the planning and delivery of symposia and medical events.
- Relevant scientific or medical academic background.
- Proven experience within Medical Affairs, with a strong focus on external engagement.
- Previous roles may include Medical Science Liaison, Regional Medical Advisor, Medical Advisor, or Medical Manager.
- Strong understanding of ABPI Code of Practice, compliance, and the NHS landscape.
- High-energy, proactive mindset with the ability to lead initiatives without formal line management responsibility.
