Master Data Analyst
Talentmark are recruiting for a Master Data Specialist to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is site-based in Bathgate.

Salary:
£15 per hour to £23 per hour, depending upon experience
Master Data Specialist Role:
- Executing established Master Data Management processes in a GMP environment.
- Maintain data accuracy, adhering to established data standards and SOPs, and completing routine master data requests across supported systems.
- Generate and approve standard Item Masters, Item Branches, and Item Revisions within JD Edwards.
- Raise required Change Controls in Global TrackWise to support approved data revisions under established procedures.
- Analyse and interpret client documentation to determine correct data setup, escalating uncertainty or gaps to appropriate resources.
- Perform assigned master data activities with attention to accuracy, completeness, and required turnaround times.
Your Background:
- Hold a relevant degree in a business, supply chain or similar, or have equivalent working experience.
- Applicants with an APICS certification would be preferred.
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong emphasis on data integrity, quality, and compliance.
- Ability to prioritise multiple requests and remain focused in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical supply, or project management environments preferred.
- Computer literate, any experience with JD Edwards, Prisym or Trackwise will be an advantage.
