Talentmark are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a leading global food company until the end of 2026, with the possibility

of extension. This role is fully site-based in Worksop.

Salary:

£13 per hour PAYE

Laboratory Technician

Role:

• Complete routine analytical and laboratory testing.
• Responsible for checking and monitoring instrumentation performance and conducting tests.
• Run calibration checks, preventive maintenance tasks, and simple repairs to analytical instrumentation.
• Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under general supervision.

• Hold qualifications in a scientific subject (A Levels ets) or have equivalent working experience.
• Some working experience in a lab.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
