Senior Sales Representative – East Midlands
Fixed-term contract until end March 2027 (strong likelihood of extension)
We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and drive the continued success of an already‑launched product. This is a fixed-term contract until the end of March 2027, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and business growth.

About the role
This is a great opportunity to build on the early momentum of a launch and shape its long‑term commercial success. You’ll work cross-functionally with market access and other internal teams to secure and maintain formulary inclusion and maximise uptake across your territory.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales performance for an established launch product.
- Build strong relationships with NHS and private sector stakeholders.
- Work closely with market access, medical and marketing colleagues.
- Secure and maintain formulary inclusion across key accounts.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and training to HCPs.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
About you
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales.
- ABPI qualified (essential).
- Strong understanding of the UK healthcare system and formulary processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive self-starter, comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Based in or able to cover the East Midlands effectively.
