Head of Site, Services and SHE

Talentmark are currently recruiting for a Head of Site, Services and SHE to join a global diagnostics organisation, based in Burgess Hill on a permanent basis.

In this position, the successful candidate will shape the future of our clients’ facilities and ensure optimal safety, sustainability, and operational excellence through leading on all aspects of Facilities, Sustainability and SHE.

The role offers hybrid working and will be located, minimum 3 days per week, onsite in Burgess Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the International Real Estate/Facilities Management (RE/FM) portfolio and support corporate initiatives.

• Maintain ISO registrations, such as Environment (14001) and Health and Safety (45001).
• Plan and control repairs and maintenance to ensure high availability of site infrastructure.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security measures related to physical, personnel, and information security.

• A proven track record of leading large projects in facilities and SHE, managing budgets, and driving innovation.
• A strong understanding of integrated facilities management.
• A solid grasp of the technical aspects of facilities management, including building systems, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• A NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management or Health and Safety is highly preferred.
