Fleet Manager

Talentmark are recruiting for a Fleet Manager to join a leading biopharmaceutical company on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months. This role is based in the Paddington area of London.

Salary:

£23.08 ph PAYE or £29.87 ph via umbrella

Fleet Manager Role:

• Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the corporate and benefit car fleet
• Manage vehicle assignments in line with current fleet policies
• Maintain and update the Fleet Policy for the UK & Ireland
• Manage insurance and renewals of insurances
• Serve as the central point of contact between suppliers, internal stakeholders and drivers.

• Proven experience as a fleet manager
• Experience in managing dashboards using Excel and the internal fleet management reporting tool
• Strong customer service mindset
• Working knowledge of the electromobility ecosystem and long term leasing market
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
