Events Manager
Talentmark are recruiting for an Events Manager
to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 12 months. This role is based at the clients site in Burgess Hill.

Salary:
£26.66 to £30.00 PAYE ph or £35.31 to £38.39 ph via Umbrella, depending upon experience.
Events Manager Role:
- Facilitate the design and delivery of remarkable events and experiences for our customers, as part of our marketing strategy.
- Supervising budgeting, scheduling, deliverables, vendor coordination, invoicing, contractual matters, logistics and event reporting.
- Responsible for the organisation of internal and external events, including large multi-day conferences and Gala dinners, Third-Party exhibitions, and small-scale national and international customer visits.
- On-site event and delegate management.
- Booking accommodation/travel.
- Raising POs and managing payments.
- Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of managing virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events.
- Proven experience of project and stakeholder management.
- Budget management, communication and organisation skills.
- Understands the function of events within a commercial organisation.
- Experience of using event related platforms such as Cvent and Salesforce.
