Customer Service Support
Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Support role to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes on a contract basis for 4 months. This role is site based in Lincoln.

Salary:
£14.36 per hour to £18.45 per hour PAYE.
Customer Service Support II Role:
- Help look after customer orders from the moment they come in until they are delivered.
- Check that each order is correct, including the price, contract, credit and stock available.
- Keep colleagues
inside the business up to date on where an order is and if there are any problems.
- Help create the paperwork that goes with each order.
- Spot anything that slows orders down and work with other teams to fix it.
- Deal with everyday admin and customer queries, and pass the harder ones to the right person.
- Strong experience in a similar role.
- A secondary school qualification or equivalent.
- Comfortable speaking to customers and colleagues over phone and Teams.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to follow set processes and keep to them.
