Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Data Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry on a contract basis for 8 months.

Salary:

Paying up to £21.78 per hour PAYE and £28.18 per hour Umbrella (inside IR35)

Customer

Data representative role:

  • Validating new customer account requests in SAP.
  • Updating customer records in SAP.
  • Liaise with customers to obtain missing info.
  • Manage and record queries and resolve with the relevant team.
  • Monitor daily account-data interfaces with customer and deal with errors.
Your Background:

  • Previous experience of managing customer data, creating accounts, updating records, within an IT system ie SAP.
  • Good understanding of SAP, how data connects and relates in customer records.
  • Customer service experience - dealing with complex queries/complaints (over the phone).
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience is desirable.
