Catering Assistant

Talentmark are recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join a leading global food company on a contract basis until the end of 2026. This role is working from Tuesday to Friday, 0730 to 1745.

Salary:

£12.71 per hour PAYE

Catering Assistant

Role:

• Food preparation to include salad bar, cooking, breakfast, buffet work.
• Deliver tea & coffee, buffets, carry out cleaning and filling of all vending machines on site.
• Serve food at lunch time. Be able to operate the till, and some cashing up procedures.
• Cleaning, and filling out relevant records, following Safer Food Better Business procedures.

• Hold an N.V.Q or City & Guilds (or similar qualification).
• Catering experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Have an awareness of Health and Safety regulations and HACCP.
• Hold a UK driving licence and have access to your own transport.
