Business Development Manager - Product & Services (Germany)

a fast-growing biotechnology company developing innovative technologies for drug discovery and preclinical research. This position offers the opportunity to combine scientific expertise with commercial business development in areas such as immuno-oncology, gene-engineered animal models, and preclinical pharmacology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in the company's scientific platforms and commercial offerings.
- Identify and engage prospective customers within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with researchers and industry professionals.
- Explore new business opportunities, manage negotiations, and secure service contracts.
- Represent the company at scientific conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Ph.D. in a bioscience or related life sciences discipline.
- Strong interest in both biopharmaceutical science and business development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Enjoy networking and building relationships with scientists and industry partners.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or revenue generation is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
