Accounts Receivable Executive

Talentmark are recruiting for a Accounts Receivable

Executive to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis until 31st December 2026. This role is based at our client's site in Birmingham.

Salary:

Paying £15.21 per hour PAYE

Accounts Receivable Executive Role:

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities.

• Drive cash collection in line with agreed payment terms.
• Process and manage customer deductions and claims.
• Reconcile credits against deductions and maintain accurate account balances.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, to manage account ledgers and debt positions.

• Experience within accounts receivable or a finance-related role
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to understand the broader commercial and business context
