Anna is a Client Partner for Talentmark’s Client Partner and Business Development team.

She manages mid- to senior-level appointments across the UK, Europe, and the US, successfully supporting contingent, exclusive, and retained searches with a consistent focus on quality and impact. Specialising in both contract and permanent recruitment in the pre-clinical and clinical industries, she helps clients identify the right solution for every project, whether this be through contingent, exclusive, and retained search mandates. The team have a strong focus on business development and client relationships, ensuring a strategic and personalised service.

She supports roles within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Devices, Digital Health, CRO, CDMO and other related sectors. Her expertise covers Business Development, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Pricing & Reimbursement, and Health Economics roles.
